Contract training 

If you are a shop steward, chairman/woman of a local chapter, health and safety representative (officer), you are entitled to take part in labour union training during work time. These training plans are negotiated yearly between the employer companies and the union. The employer pays the salary of the participant for the duration of the course, other necessary expenses are covered by the union.
