Training provided by PAU is an excellent membership benefit that is worth taking advantage of. There are course activities suitable for all members and activists. The trainings provide useful information, insight and joy, as well as a chance to make new friends. The training is organized mainly in Finnish.
Organisational training is a membership benefit PAU offers to all members. The training provides knowledge and skills that you can use in your own workplace, trade union or society in general. The union pays the course fees, accommodation, meals and reasonable travel expenses of the participants on organisational courses.
If you are the chairperson of one of our trade union branches, a shop steward, deputy shop steward or occupational health and safety representative, you are entitled to trade union training during working hours within the framework of the annual training plans. During the course period, the employer pays the participant's salary, other necessary course expenses are paid by the union.
