When logging in to the service for the first time, everyone must order a new password in their own e-mail. Be sure to write down the password for yourself. The username is your membership number. You can find it from your membership card.

If the password has been forgotten or is not working
First check that you typed your username (= your membership number) and password correctly. Note! If you have already subscribed to a new password, enter the letters of the subscribed password as they were in the message you received. You can subscribe a new password if you do not remember it or it does not seem to work.
I can` t get a new password, even though I order it
The reason may be that the email in the membership register is incorrect. Ordering is successful only if the e-mail address is given in the service. For this reason, it is worthwhile to record the first time you use it.

New password does not work
When you get a new password, notice that there is a difference between big and small letters. Sometimes, for example, zeros and O letters are difficult to distinguish. Just type in the new password exactly the same format as you received it.
I can not log in even though all the information is correct
Signing in will only work with members whose membership is valid. The federation has the right to separate members whose membership fees have been outstanding for a long time.
