PAU is the largest employee organization within the Posti Group
The Finnish Post and Logistics Union PAU is a strong trade union with about 10 000 members. At the same time, it is the largest employee organization within the Posti Group.
The Union’s mission is to promote the economic, professional and social interests as well as the rights of its members working in the postal services and in transports, logistics and other related sectors.
The Finnish Post and Logistics Union negotiates collective bargaining agreements for the following sectors and individual companies:
Of the collective agreements listed above, the agreements for the communications and logistics have applicability meaning that they apply to all employers engaged in this line of business.
The union dues payable by PAU members 2026 is 1.59 % of the taxable income.
