Information and training
The aim of the organizational training is to give the member the capability to act and have an influence in their local chapter as well as in the society. The courses organized by the union and Kiljava Institute are presented in here (in Finnish). The union covers the participants’ fees, board and lodging and reasonable travel expenses.
For organizational trainings arranged on working days the employer might grant unpaid study leave. Participating in this kind of training for a maximum of 30 days during the year does not deduct the earned holiday days.
