Members have a wide
range of benefits
The membership fee for PAU is 1,59% of the gross income paid by your employer. The membership fee also includes the membership fee for the unemployment fund. Your employer will deduct the membership fee from your salary and pay it to the union. Please always check your pay slip to make sure the employer does indeed collect your membership fee.
The membership fee of PAU is in total tax deductible and we will inform the tax authorities automatically about the fees for our members. It is wise though to check in your tax assessment decision, that the membership fee has been approved in total as a deduction. The level of tax deduction is determined by your home city/county, yearly income and the size of the membership fee.
A part of the membership fee is returned to the local chapters to finance their work on monitoring the interests and other activities.
