The PAU`s Committee of Youth is organizing Summer Weekend of young members in PAU under 36 years old on May 30–31, 2026.
16.04.2026PAU has taken out union insurance and organisation insurance with If Insurance Company for its members. The insurance is included in the membership fee.
25.03.2026The boards of PAU and Palta approved the negotiation results from the option year to the Communications and Logistics sector, the Package sorters and the Information logistics sector.
In the last year of the collective agreement, all collective agreements will receive wage increases according to the general line.
During the negotiations, PAU and Posti also reached an agreement on the additional bonus installment to be paid to the personnel fund at the end of the year. Posti will announce the matter in more details later in the fall.
In these negotiations, no changes were made to the texts of the collective agreements, but the improvements to paid family leave agreed in the summer will of course be included in the collective agreement.
As part of the negotiation result of the collective agreement, PAU and Posti negotiated future delivery models. We will write about these new distribution models according to the negotiation result in the next Reitti magazine.
After the approved negotiation results, the the Communications and Logistics sector agreement is valid until 31 October 2025, the collective agreement for the Information logistics sector and the collective agreement for Posti Palvelut Oy's package sorters is valid until 31 January 2026.
