25.03.2026The Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK) has renewed the online test of working conditions. The research-based Good Job Barometer enables anyone to test the quality of their working conditions and compare them with the experiences of more than 1,200 other employees in Finland.
The online test in Finnish, Swedish and English examines such aspects as job security, income and employee empowerment. The test analyses the answers given and assesses whether the respondent’s working conditions are better or worse than the national average.
