The table salaries agreed in the communications and logistics collective agreement were raised by 30,97 euros per month and 19 cents per hour. The raise is the same for all and will be added to salaries retrospectively starting from 1.11.2017. The raises were supposed to be paid by Posti in the pay day 28.2.2018. For some this was carried out correctly, but due to a mistake made by Posti for some other employees this was calculated wrong. Furthermore, payments of the personal salary component of appendix C were paid mistakenly by the employer and they will be paid on the 15.3.2018.
The salary raises by appendices are as follows:
It seems obvious that an erroneous instruction is given by Posti to the payroll department of salary raises and the retrospective sums to be paid. Salary raises have now been paid retrospectively, but with wrong sums. For some, too much is paid, for others too little and for some other none at all. PAU has learned from the employer that the mistake has been paying all salary raises retrospectively by 1,31 per cent and not according to the right way described above, in euro monetary terms, which should’ve been the right thing to do. Posti has now announced fixing the mistake in the context or payroll 29.3.2018. PAU has urged Posti to correct the mistakes of the payroll without delay.
The new salary tables are found in the website of PAU. For further details of the salary agreement and the right calculation method, please read ao. the Reitti magazine published on the 1.3.
