25.03.2026There are different collective labour agreements for employees doing the same postal work. This is wrong. By becoming a member of PAU together we can demand the employers to follow at least the terms of the universally applicable collective labour agreement. Different terms are being applied for employees doing the same postal work. This causes distortion on the branch and places the employees in unequal positions. The most blatant example is when two employees are doing the same work side by side and their salary and other working terms differ very much from each other.
