16.04.2026PAU has taken out union insurance and organisation insurance with If Insurance Company for its members. The insurance is included in the membership fee.
25.03.2026It has come to our attention that SOL Logistiikkapalvelut has canceled the already agreed work shifts during last week's strike, Thu-Fri 1-2 February 2024. SOL states that they have a justified reason for the reorganization of work according to the Working Time Act.
In PAU's view, SOL does not have the legal right to cancel already agreed work shifts. Since there is no legal reason for canceling the shifts, the employees must be paid for the canceled work shifts. PAU has called on SOL to pay the salaries and wages for the canceled shifts.
