The PAU`s Committee of Youth is organizing Summer Weekend of young members in PAU under 36 years old on May 30–31, 2026.
The program includes relaxed time together as well as important discussions with young people. This is a great opportunity to get to know other young members of our union.
The event will be held at PAU’s Aurala villa in Mikkeli in Eastern Finland. Aurala is located in a beautiful natural setting on the shore of Lake Saimaa, providing the perfect early-summer weekend!
Aurala can accommodate 14 people. If there are more participants, some will be accommodated in a hotel. The primary option is Hotel Heimari, located right next to Aurala. If that is not possible, accommodation will be arranged at Scandic Mikkeli. In this case, transportation between Aurala and Mikkeli will be provided, as well as transport between the railway station and Aurala for those arriving by train. The event can host a maximum of 30 participants.
This event is PAU organizational training, so accommodation, meals, and reasonable travel expenses will be covered by the union.
When registering, please include in the additional information section if you have a preference between accommodation at Aurala or a possible hotel stay.

NOTE! The event will be held in Finnish. However, we also communicate in English if needed.
