Communications and logistics sector salary increases

Wage increases in the collective agreement for the communications and logistics sector have been approved for 2023 and 2024.

  • A general increase of 2.2% will take effect from 1.3.2023
  • In addition, a full-time employee who has been in a continuous employment relationship since 1.12.2022 will receive a one-time lump sum payment of EUR 400 on 31.3.2023
  • Part-time employees receive a one-time payment in proportion to their working hours, e.g. someone who does 50% of full time receives 200 euros
  • Important: Part-time employees have the right to request conversion of cash payment to flexible leave leave by notifying the supervisor by 19.3.2023. This option has been given to mitigate the risk of payment affecting unemployment or pension related benefits.
  • The parties will negotiate the next wage increase in accordance with the collective agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the next salary increase will take place on February 1, 2024 as a general increase of 3.5%.
