Administration and organization of the Finnish Post and Logistics Union PAUThe highest decision-making powers in the Finnish Post and Logistics Union PAU is exercised by the Congress that convenes every four years. Representatives to the Congress are elected by the local trade union chapters based on the number of members. In between the Congresses, decision-making powers are exercised by the Union Council that convenes twice a year.
